Dafni Kalokairinou born 1992 in Athens Greece, is a visual artist currently based in Edinburgh,Scotland. In 2016 she graduated from Edinburgh Napier University's Bachelors Honours Degree in Photography. Before her specialization in photography she undertook two years of preparatory training for the Fine Art School of Athens and one year of Art and Design foundation course. Her work does not always fit into a specific genre, she likes to explore sociopolitical themes through photography. She is also member of photo collective Foreigners a group of international artists currently residing in the UK.
