I started my career as visual artist after graduating in 2016 from Edinburgh Napier University's with a First Class Bachelors Honours Degree in Photography. Before my specialisation in photography I undertook two years of preparatory training for the Fine Art School of Athens and attended an Art and Design foundation course. My photography work does not always fit into a specific genre however I have a strong preference to a documentary approach and aesthetic when I explore sociopolitical themes or even taking photos during my travels.
My career has evolved since 2017, I have also been working as Picture research specialist and Picture Editor for these past 7 years. I am passionate about creating compelling visual stories that showcase the impact and value of a brand. My skillset extends from sourcing engaging and unique imagery to commissioning and art directing photoshoots, as well as project management of creative projects. I have collaborated with creative, editorial, and digital teams to deliver large scale projects such as websites, product rebranding, print publications, and events. I am currently working in the Brand Imagery Lead role for a financial firm and I am based in Edinburgh, Scotland.
